Description
T-cards are the physical backbone of the MAG accountable item tracking system. One card per asset, filed in a visible rack — no power required, no spreadsheet to open, no app to unlock. When the grid is down and someone asks where the generator is, the card rack answers.
This set is pre-printed on 4.25″×5.5″ card stock with the full MAG Logistics field layout — front for identification and status, back for the issue log. Eight color categories, 10 cards each. Write directly on the cards in pencil or permanent marker.

How to use them
Each card tracks one accountable item through its entire life in the cache. The front is filled out once when the item enters the system. The status field is circled and updated every time the item moves. The back logs every issue and return. When the card rack and the spreadsheet disagree, the card rack is ground truth.
The 4.25″×5.5″ format fits standard ICS-219 T-card racks (available from IMT Gear and others). File by color category, one card per accountable item. Gray header cards label each section — add those from any standard index card set.
Who this is for
- MAGs running the logistics training — Module 03 builds the T-card system from scratch. These cards are the physical output of that session.
- Groups that already track assets informally — this standardizes the system and gives every item a permanent paper record.
- Logistics leads who want a clean start — 80 cards covers most MAGs completely. Reorder individual colors as needed.
Part of the MAG Logistics training system
These cards are designed to work alongside the MAG Logistics & Supply Management online training series (Module 03: Cache Planning & Inventory Architecture). The training covers the full T-card protocol: how to assign card numbers, how to run the status workflow, how to conduct a quarterly audit, and what to do when a card and the physical item disagree.
Patreon Operator tier subscription required for training access. The card set ships independently — no subscription required to purchase.
