The DTR is not a news digest. It is a structured intelligence product – built using the same open-source collection and analysis methodology used by professional intelligence organizations – that tells you what is happening, what it means, and what to watch next.
What the DTR covers every cycle
How the DTR is structured
Every DTR cycle delivers a top-level BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front), a scored FLASH entry section for the highest-priority developments, a Geographic Impact Index, full Key Judgments with alternative hypotheses, sector-by-sector coverage, a 72-hour outlook, and a Sector Impact Matrix showing which industries are affected by which developments. All forward assessments carry explicit likelihood and confidence ratings per ICD 203. Changed assessments carry a CHANGE FROM PRIOR notation.
Analytical standards
Every entry carries a named source. Every forward judgment carries both a likelihood term (from the seven-point ICD 203 ladder) and a confidence level (HIGH / MODERATE / LOW) stated separately. Every scored entry includes alternative hypotheses with supporting and disconfirming evidence. No claims appear without attribution.
