Team Leaders are the most important element of the Laurel VEC. This course covers the full scope of TL and DTL responsibilities: team administration, VE Portal access, session planning, running a session as Session Leader, and post-session reporting. Complete VEC-01 and VEC-02 before starting this course.

Prerequisites

Required: VEC-01: Laurel VEC Policies & Procedures and VEC-02: ExamTools Processes. You must be accredited as a LARC VEC VE and have been designated as a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader by your Regional Coordinator before beginning this course.

What this course covers

Unlike VEC-01 which covers what every VE must know, this course covers the additional responsibilities that belong exclusively to Team Leaders and Deputy Team Leaders: team administration in the VE Portal, VE nomination and management, exam scheduling obligations, pre-session preparation, conducting sessions as Session Leader, and the complete post-session scanning and upload workflow.

Running the Session
