VEC-04: Post-Session Upload for Team Leaders

Export from ExamTools, import to Laurel session manager, and upload to the Laurel VEC portal — the TL/DTL workflow after every exam session.

Prerequisites: Complete VEC-01, VEC-02, and VEC-03 before starting this course. VEC-04 is specifically for Team Leaders and designated Deputy Team Leaders responsible for post-session file processing.
