Prerequisites
Required: VEC-01: Laurel VEC Policies & Procedures must be completed before starting this course. You must be an accredited LARC VEC VE and have been designated as a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Describe the qualifications, obligations, and accountability of a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader
- Administer team membership via the VE Portal, including nominating VEs and designating DTLs
- Meet annual scheduling deadlines and manage exam session listings in the VE Portal
- Execute the complete Phase 1 pre-session checklist before each exam session
- Serve as Session Leader: assign VE tasks, manage conflict-of-interest, handle cheating, provide accommodation
- Complete the Phase 3 post-session workflow: scan, upload, and destroy paperwork on schedule
