This workbook provides space for contact information, your emergency contacts, utility companies, doctors, urgent cares, hospitals, pharmacies and more. Checklists for your contingency binder, get home and bug out bags are included as well as vehicle emergency supplies and an emergency evacuation checklist. There is space for you to add additional items to the checklists. Also included are the PREPAREDNESS CONDITIONS (PREP-CON) developed by the author.
